Actor Robert Pattinson and model Suki Waterhouse have purchased a late 1930s Spanish Colonial Revival-style home in the stylish Hollywood Hills for $5.3 million. The Batman and Twilight star and London-born model Suki are not the first celebrities to call the historic property their home, however.

The house, in a gated community in central Los Angeles, California, was previously renovated by designer Jeff Lewis who documented the renovation process on Bravo's Flipping Out, in which he (and his team) transforms million-dollar properties into new homes. Shortly after, in 2014, Gossip Girl's creator Stephanie Savage purchased the estate before selling it to Grammy-winning musician Beck (known for his song Loser) and his former wife, actress Marissa Ribisi.

Following Beck and Marissa Ribisi's divorce in 2021, Marissa sold the historic Hollywood estate (which qualifies as one of the world's best homes) to Robert and Suki for $2.2 million more than the former couple had paid in 2018, Dirt (opens in new tab) reports.

According to property details acquired by Dirt, the 3-bedroom home is 'admirably private,' hidden behind a large hedge wall and locked gates. Beyond the Spanish Colonial façade, inside, the decorating ideas are equally as majestic – seen primarily through the pièce de résistance of the home – the living room

The space in question (seen in the 3rd image on the photo carousel above) boasts a host of architectural assets, including a brick fireplace and vaulted, wood-beamed ceiling. In terms of its color ideas, the living room has a contrastable white and brown palette – seen through its paint and dark-hued hardwood floors that flow into the dining room, family room, and adjacent kitchen.

The kitchen's color scheme is notably darker and cocooning, showcasing rich dark wood cabinetry and a tiled backsplash juxtaposing against the marble countertops

Two ensuite bedrooms and a more extensive primary suite sit on the same level – the latter of which has a quaint window seat with views of the estate. There is also a private balcony overlooking the front yard and motor court.

In terms of backyard ideas, the property's terraced grounds exhibit meandering pathways, an array of lawns, and a furnished patio area with an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and room for al fresco dining and entertaining. There is also a plunge pool surrounded by lush greenery (that adds interest while maintaining privacy).

Where is the home of Robert Pattinson?

Alongside his new Hollywood Hills home, Robert Pattinson reportedly owns another smaller house in the same Los Angeles neighborhood. On the other side of the Atlantic, The UK native and Suki (also from London) rent a flat in West London, but the exact location and many details about its interiors remain unknown.
